Samsung fails on Italian iPhone injunction
Samsung failed to win an injunction preventing Apple from selling its latest iPhone device in Italy, according to a Bloomberg report. The two companies are currently embroiled in a number of patent actions worldwide concerning various smartphones and tablet devices, which have already seen mixed results for the participants.
